Where values matter
Our company’s founder, W.K. Kellogg, was an early conservationist, a leading philanthropist, and the original wellbeing visionary. Mr. Kellogg continues to inspire us today as we live our K Values.
- We act with integrity and show respect.
- We are all accountable.
- We are passionate about our business, brands and food.
- We have the humility and hunger to learn.
- We strive for simplicity.
- We love success.
Unlocking Our Potential
These values guide how we do business and comes to life through our corporate strategy, Deploy for Growth.
Instrumental to this strategy is our June 2022 announcement to separate two of our businesses as a bold next step in transforming our portfolio. By the end of 2023, Kellogg Company will separate into two independent public companies, each better positioned to unlock their full potential: a global snacking business to be named Kellanova and a North American cereal business to be named WK Kellogg Co. Post-spins, the two entities will determine individual ESG strategies. Those entities will report on their respective ESG strategy progress in future separate reports.
Proud of the company we keep
Kellogg is regularly honored with some of the highest corporate responsibility honors. We believe these organizations understand what we have long known … we are dedicated to being a long-term sustainable business and we will never lose our anchor as a purpose-driven organization.
